Zion and Damascus came on top as they earned the most points in the Seniors’ and Juniors’ Division for badminton respectively, at the conclusion of the 20th Ichthus Intramurals.

With the scoring system being ten points for first place, seven points for second place, and five points for third place, Zion garnered 47 points in total, winning four of the singles categories in their division. Berea scored 42 points altogether in their division and claimed both the singles and mixed categories.

Olive came in first runner-up with 34 points, followed by Patmos as second runner-up with 29 points in the Seniors’ Division. In the Juniors’ Division, Damascus came in first runner-up with 36 points, followed by Nazareth with 32 points in total.

Zion’s team consisted of Andrew Liu, Colby Lee, Andrew Chua, Kody Chua, and Kyle Chua for the boys’ division. The girls’ division was composed of Brianna See, Isabelle Ngo, Kristen Chua, and Jeslyn Gonzaga.

The Berea Bananas were represented in the boys’ division by Luke Lim, Miguel Cinco, Josiah Techico, Josef Co, and Carlson Go. Princess Yap, Seidi Sy, Maribeth Tiong, Megan Ongsue, Amara Oleta, and Sophia Sy participated in the girls’ division.

Due to the number of categories per division in the badminton games, the wins that each team garnered held a higher value and impact on the overall scores and results of the 20th Intramurals.
