Coral Reefers Get Cozy in Pajama-Themed Christmas Party

Embracing the warmth of the season, Coral Reef Fellowship’s (CRF) high school students were in festive spirits as they dressed in their coziest pajamas for the highly-anticipated Christmas Party held last December 15.

The theme, "Beyond Ornaments: Rediscovering the Spirit of Christmas," aimed to shift the focus from materialism to the true essence of the holiday season. It served as a heartwarming reminder that Christmas transcends gifts and decorations, emphasizing the importance of coming together in celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ.

Hosted by CRF Programs Vice President Miles Co from batch Patmos, attendees engaged in lively and competitive games that fostered camaraderie and laughter.

Following the exciting activities, CRF Adviser Darlyn Villanueva concluded the event with an encouraging message about moving away from the commercialized aspects of Christmas. Instead, she emphasized the spiritual significance of the holiday, reminding everyone that the essence of Christmas lies in celebrating life and embracing the profound message of love and joy brought by the birth of Jesus.

Additionally, a thanksgiving booth was set up in the auditorium for students to share what they are grateful for this season.
